摘要
风湿活动期属中医“痹证”范畴，大致分两大型，风湿热痹与风寒湿痹．一般认为风湿活动期均属风湿热痹型，而忽视了寒热夹杂、虚实夹杂的一面。
Rheumatism is belongs to the realm of traditional Chinese medicine, and it is devided into two types: rheumatic fever and rheumatic chill. The ordinary doctor usual treat rheumatism as the rheumatic fever, and neglect another aspect of mixed fever with chill and mixed true with false. So we must distinguish it with caution.
