摘要
激烈的市场竞争加大了企业发展新顾客的难度和成本,越来越多的企业转向于维系老顾客。因为老顾客能为企业带来巨大的利益。本文认为顾客维系应从良好的产品和服务、顾客关系数据库、顾客关系管理三个方面进行。
Increasingly intense competition increases the difficulty and cost in attaining new customers. More and more enterprises turn to maintaining regular customers because they can bring greater profit margin for enterprises. This paper believes that good customer relationship can be maintained in the following aspects:good products and services, database of customer relationship and customer relationship management.
