摘要
读者证是广大读者和图书馆之间达成服务关系的一种约定形式。社会的进步和信息技术的发展要求图书馆对读者证的管理应从理性的角度重新审视,并运用一卡通等技术来完善。
Reader's identification card is a contract form of serving and being served between the librarians and readers. The progress of the society and the development of the information technology require the reexamination of the management of the reader's identification card. The author holds that the management work can be perfected by the utilization of the universal cards on the school campus.
