摘要
国际储备的适度规模问题一直是国际金融学界探讨的焦点。近年来,我国国际储备的数量 增长非常迅速,这引起了对我国应持有的合理国际储备规模的激烈讨论。通过阐述我国国际储备的增 长过程及原因,指出大量持有国际储备的利弊:持有国际储备既能获得一定的收益,又会产生一定的成 本,因此,一国的国际储备并非多多益善。最后,得出确定适度的国际储备规模的方法——成本一收益 综合分析法。
So far, many scholars in international finance have been focusing on how to make the appropriate scale of international reserves . These years, with the fast increase of international reserves owned by our country, there are more and more conceres about the appropriate scale of international reserves. First, the author introduces the reasons and increasing process of international reserves owned by our country. Then, the author analyzes holding too much international reserves can not only make a certain profit but alto exist a lot. As a result, it is not true that the more international reserves of one country, the better. Finaly,the author propoes cost-profit approach to instruct how to set the appropriate scale of international reserves.
