摘要
森林资源流转是市场经济发展的产物,主要包括林地的流转以及林地上附属物———森林和林木的流转。该文在对广东森林资源流转的现状进行调查研究的基础上,系统地分析了广东森林资源流转存在的主要问题,并就如何规范森林资源流转提出了具体的对策,旨在促进广东非公有制林业的发展,进一步搞好广东的商品林建设。
Forest resource flows, as the product of the development of market economy, concern mainly the flow of woodland and the flow of forest, trees and anything pertaining to the woodland. Based on a survey of the status quo of the forest resource flows in Guangdong Province, the paper makes a systematic diagnosis of the major problems existing in this aspect and proposes some practical countermeasures on how to solve the problems, hoping to promote the development of non-public owned forestry and further improve the construction of commercial forest in the province.
