摘要
IPLV提供评估全年按特定负荷特性运行的单台冷水机组的平均能耗水平的统一标准,但不能代表具体建筑物内冷水机组的实际能耗状况,同时也不能因为还有其他节能措施而否定IPLV的作用。提出应该按部分负荷时冷却水进水温度变与不变两种情况分别建立中国的IPLV计算公式。
IPLV is the standard to evaluate the all-year average energy consumption of single chiller that operates under specific load conditions, but can not stand for the actual energy consumption situation of chillers for one building and deny its function because of other energysaving measures. Puts that computation formula of IPLV for China should be constructed according to the temperature of cooling water is invariable or variable under part load
