摘要
采用分层抽样对17所地方院校和16所军队院校校园体育文化现状与特点进行比较研究,以求全面了解我国普通高等院校校园体育文化的现状与发展趋势,探索促进院校体育文化发展的新思路,从更高的角度———人的存在与发展的角度去认识、理解、研究我国高等院校校园体育文化的发展策略,使院校校园体育文化在培养具有现代素质的人的方面有较大的改善和发展.
The paper makes and comparative study on the campus P. E cultural actuality and charactensucs among 17 local colleges and 16 military colleges by way of samples. The aim is to fully understand our country＇ s campus P. E euhural actuality and its development tendency in order to from a more high aspect （i. e, man＇s existence and development） understand, recognize and make a research into the strategies of Heir development.
