摘要
目的探讨运动对高脂膳食诱导IR大鼠脂代谢紊乱的干预效应。方法特殊高脂膳食喂养4周,建立IR动物模型。游泳运动前后以钳夹技术观察IR大鼠胰岛素敏感性及大鼠血浆、红细胞内脂代谢相关指标变化。结果运动后IR大鼠葡萄糖输注率(GIR)显著高于非运动IR大鼠(P<0.05),正常大鼠运动前后GIR水平无明显变化;坚持4周游泳运动后A组大鼠血浆TG、TC及FFA水平明显降低(P分别<0.05,<0.05及<0.01),HDL-C及LDL与运动前比较有增高及降低趋势,但两者比较无统计学意义;坚持4周游泳运动后A组大鼠红细胞内TC/PL以及磷脂分级SM/PC分子比值运动前后差异无显著性。结论运动改善IR大鼠胰岛素敏感性及脂代谢紊乱。
[Objective ] To investigate the effect of high-fat diet on insulin sensitivity and the effect of swimming exercise on insulin sensitivity and the metabolism of lipoprotein in insulin resistant (IR) rats. [Methods] IR rat model was created by high fatty diet for 4 weeks and evaluated with golden standard-clamp forceps technique. Four experimental groups of rats were investigated: normal group with exercise, normal group without exercise, IR group with exercise and IR group without exercise. After swimming for 4 weeks insulin sensitivity was evaluated and the lipid profile of the rats was measured. [Results] After swimming for 4 weeks, GIR of the IR rats was obviously higher than non-exercise IR rats' ( P 〈0.05). After swimming for 4 weeks, the levels of triglyceride (TG), cholesterol(TC) and free fatty acid (FFA) reduced markedly in IR rats (P〈0.05, 〈0.05 and 〈0.01 respectively). There was no significant difference in high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C). After swimming for 4 weeks, the concentration of TC, phospholipid and the ratio of sphingomyelin and phosohatidylcholine in red cells of IR rats hadn't changed obviously. [Conclusion] High-fat diet results in IR in rats. Exercise improves insulin sensitivity and dyslipidemia of IR rats created by high fatty diet.
