碳糊电极阳极溶出法同时测定水中微量铅、铜、汞 被引量:1

摘要 研究了碳糊电极在不同pH的B-R缓冲溶液中对Pb2+、Cu2+、Hg2+的响应,建立了碳糊电极阳极溶出伏安法同时测定微量铅、铜、汞的分析方法。在pH=2.7的B-R缓冲溶液中,以自制碳糊电极为工作电极,进行阳极溶出伏安分析,微量的铅、铜和汞依次在+0.05V、+0.26V、+0.46V处有灵敏的阳极溶出峰,在选定的实验条件下,Pb2+、Cu2+、Hg2+的浓度分别在1.0×10-10mol/L^5.0×10-8mol/L、6.0×10-7mol/L^5.0×10-4mol/L、4.0×10-6mol/L^6.0×10-4mol/L的范围内与其峰电流成线性关系,其相关系数分别为0.9992、0.9955、0.9972,检测限依次是8.8×10-11mol/L、1.2×10-8mol/L和1.0×10-6mol/L.以人工合成样品进行测定,回收率分别为101%、98%、101%。 The voltammetric property of Pb^2+ , Cu^2+ ,Hg^2+ at carbon paste electrode was investigated. The experment shows that the sensitive oxidation peaks of lead ,copper and mercury was observed by anodic stripping voltammetry in B - R buffer solution ( pH = 2.7 ), the peak potential of lead ,copper and mercury, was 0.05V .0.26V ,0.46V ( vs. SCE), the linear range was 1.0 × 10^-10 mol/L - 5.0 × 10 ^-8 mol/L,6.0 × 10^ -7 mol/L - 5.0 × 10 ^-4 mol/L.4.0 × 10 ^-6 mol/L - 6.0 × 10 ^-4 mol/L respectively, and the detection limit was 8.8 × 10 ^-11 mol/L,1.2 × 10^-8 mol/L.1.0 × 10^ -6mol/L respectively. The method has been applied to the analysis of synthetic sample, the recovery of Pb^2+ , Cu^2+ ,Hg^2+ was 101% .98%, 101%.
