摘要
随着我国社会主义法制建设的发展与不断完善,社会公众对司法公正问题也寄予了更大的关注,但是,传媒与司法并不只是监督与被监督关系,如何发挥传媒对司法的监督,使其达到遏制司法腐败与保护民众话语权的目的;拟对其二者关系进行理性思考和法理分析,从而使其达到最终的和谐和良性互动。
With unceasingly consummates along with our country socialist legal system construction development, the social public also placed a bigger attention to the judicial fair question. But, the media and the judicature and not only supervises with is stipervised relates, how displays the media to the judicial surveillance, enables it to achieve the containment judicature rotten with protects the populace words power the goal.
