摘要
探讨提高医学生临床语言表达能力和交流技巧的措施,将即将进入临床实习学生随机分为实际组和对照组,通过“由问题找答案、分组表演、观摩电教片”等多种形式的训练,结果显示实验组学生的交流能力明显高于对照组;说明通过现行的培训和练习方式能提高即将进入临床实习的交流能力,并增强了医学生的心理素质,有效的弥补了目前医学教育中的缺陷部分。
To study on how to improve the medical students'communication skills in clinical practice. Students who are going to have clinical practice will be randomly divided into two groups, which are named comparison group and test group. Then comparison group students were trained by forms such as finding the keys from questions, acting it out in groups, watching audio - visual education programs and so on. The result shows that the ability of the comparison group students is much higher than the other students.This research shows the using training methods can improve the medical students'mental quality and can effectively fill in the gaps in the field of medical education.
