摘要
要做大做强安阳市文化产业,首先制定好文化产业发展规划,其次为文化产业的发展提供保障,此外还要广泛吸纳社会资本,建立多元化投入体系;提供人才保障等。
To Prosper the Anyang city by culture, the goverment should expand and strengthen the cultural business, draw some perfect developing scheme of culture;The goverment should provide guarantee of policy and talent also. And the social free capital should be absorbed. A multi-source investment system should be established.
