摘要
分析了当前客运产品设计存在的问题,通过引入CS战略的相关理念,从旅客运输需求出发,提出了一种令旅客满意并与市场联系紧密的客运产品设计方法,对实现铁路运输企业与旅客的“双赢”具有积极意义,并论述了这一方法在济南铁路局第5次提速调图中取得的成果.
This article gives an analysis about the problem on current passenger transportation product design, by introducing the idea of CS Strategy and on splitting the passenger demand, and proposes a new passenger-satisfied and market neared method, which will be helpful for the railway and passen- gers to be the winner together. At last the article describes the achievement of the passenger train graph making in 5th railway-up-speeding in Jinan Railway Bureau by using this method.
