烫伤大鼠血浆、肠黏膜TNF和S-IgA的变化及中药的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察中药四君子汤加味对烫伤大鼠血浆、肠黏膜肿瘤坏死因子(TNFa)和S-IgA的含量变化。方法30只Wistar大鼠随机分为烫伤治疗组(A),烫伤对照组(B),正常对照组(C),A组和B组造成30%Ⅲ度烫伤模型,在伤后3、6、9d动态检测血浆、肠黏膜TNFa和S-IgA水平的变化。结果B组血浆及肠黏膜TNFa显著升高,A组逐渐下降,与C组比较(P<0.01和P>0.01),B组肠黏膜S-IgA明显降低,A组和C组均明显高于B组,两两比较(P<0.01和P>0.01)。结论四君子汤加味煎剂能减轻大鼠烫伤后肠黏膜细胞损伤,降低TNFa的生成,维持分泌S-IgA的功能,从而减轻伤后全身炎症反应综合症和器官功能障碍综合症,提高治愈率。
