摘要
国内早期修建的土石坝因设计、施工、运行管理等方面存在的问题,在经过长期内外因素影响下,坝体安全受到严重影响,应及时对此类大坝及时进行安全性鉴定.结合湖北省荆门市金鸡水库工程实例,探讨类似工程进行安全性鉴定应注意到的问题和方法.
For the earth-rock dams built earlier in China, there existed problems in design, construction and management; and their security have been seriously impacted under the long-term effect of various both internal and external factors. So it is very urgent to give a appraisal of their safely in time. Now taking Jinji Reservoir and Dam in Jingmen City of Hubei Province as an example, the method of safety appraisal for earth-rock dams is discussed in detail.
