摘要
基质金属蛋白酶是降解细胞外基质的主要蛋白水解酶,在肾脏纤维化疾病中,其表达及活性明显增强,这种情况同样存在于高血压肾脏损伤过程中。基质金属蛋白酶的蛋白水解活性受金属蛋白酶组织型抑制剂的抑制,高血压过程中多种因素调节这两种酶系的水平,最终共同影响细胞外基质的代谢,引起肾纤维化的加重。
Matrix metalloproteinases ,which degrade extracellular matrix, play an important role in the pathophysiologic process of renal fibrosis. Their activity increased in renal fibrosis diseases. This situation also exits in renal sclerotic lesion of hypertension. Tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases are a family of specific inhibitors of matrix metalloproteinases. Many mechanisms involves in the disturbances of these two proteinases and influence the metabolism of extracellular matrix,which accelerates renal fibrosis.
