摘要
超硬铝合金是飞机制造业中广泛应用的一种结构材料,但目前对于国产和进口超硬铝合金板材的组织与性能之间的差异尚不清楚。为此,针对国产7B04超硬铝合金板材以及具有相同化学成分的俄罗斯进口B95ПЧ超硬铝合金板材分别进行了微观组织观察、室温拉伸性能测试,确定了国产7B04和俄罗斯进口B95ПЧ超硬铝合金板材的室温抗拉强度、屈服强度、断裂延伸率,并主要针对国产7B04和俄罗斯进口B95ПЧ超硬铝合金板材在工业状态下的微观组织、室温力学性能进行了比较。
Super - hardness aluminum alloy was one of structural materials used widely for airplane manufacture. However, the difference in formability of homemade and imported superhardness aluminum alloy sheets has not been clarified. The homemade 7B04 alloy and imported B95ЛЧ alloy with similar chemical composition and processing status to that of 7B04 alloy sheet were chosen as testing materials in this investigation. For two aluminum alloy sheet metal, the microstructure was observed , tensile tests on room temperature was tested And Compared the microstructure,mechanics capability of the homemade 7B04 alloy material and imported B95ЛЧ alloy material. Moreover, effectiveness for a given period of time effected for the microstructure.mechanics capability of the homemade 7B04 alloy material and imported B95ЛЧ alloy material too.
