摘要
目的研究吸烟对十二指肠溃疡的影响以及对药物疗效的影响。方法内镜检查诊断为十二指肠溃疡的患者72例均为吸烟者,应用西咪替丁治疗3个月,在研究期间均劝其戒烟,结果分为吸烟组和戒烟组。在3个月和6个月时分别复查内镜。结果在3个月时大部分溃疡愈合,吸烟组和戒烟组未愈合之溃疡的百分数(20%和18%),统计学上无显著差异,然而在6个月时,吸烟组比戒烟组未愈合之溃疡具有较高的百分比(61%和28%,P<0.05)。结论吸烟可影响西咪替丁的疗效,延长溃疡愈合的时间,或愈合后更易复发。
AIMS Seventy two cigarette smoking patients with doudenal ulcer diagnosed by endoscopy were studied to demonstrate the influence of smoking on ulcer healing. METHODS All patients were advised to stop smoking and received a three-month course of cimetidine treatment,and then they were di- vided into two groups:patients who continued somking and stopped smoking.Endoscopy was repeated after three months(n=66)and six months(n=56)respectively. RESULTS After 3 month treatment ulcer healing was found in 54 pa- tients(82%)and there was no significant difference between smok- ing and no smoking patients(20% vs 18%).After 6 months, however,the proportion(61%)of doudenal ulceration was higher in smoking than no smoking patients(28.0%,P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS Persistent smoking does not obviously affect the heal- ing effect of cimetidine on doudenal ulcer,but can prolong the du- ration of doudenal ulcer after stoooing cimetidine treatment.
