摘要
中国有各级各类学校教师1275.77万人。教师们为了检验自己的学术水平,有在学术期刊上发表论文的强烈需求。在正规学术期刊供不应求的情况下,有学术期刊采取增刊、专刊方式。有人利用非学术期刊引诱教师发表付费论文。甚至有人用虚假刊物向急于发表论文的教师变相勒索。因此,教师发表论文首先要注意刊物选择;其次要注意经常性成本;再次要注意提高写作水平。
China has 12,757,700 teachers at different levels and in different schools. The teachers have a strong desire to get their academic papers published to prove their academic achievements. There have appeared special or supplementary issues due to the lack of regular academic periodicals. There have also appeared non--academic or false periodicals that cheat the teachers of their money. So teachers should be cautious of the choice of the periodical, the cost of regular publication while constantly improving their writing.
