摘要 文章分析了进口搓捻粗纱机导丝凸轮的特点,在此基础上,提出了滚子从动件盘形凸轮的设计思想和方法:将凸轮设计中的相同过程通用模块化,编写一个通用程序,使其对于不同廓线的凸轮都适用。同时采用VB编程,探讨和研究了如何有效地将ActiveX技术运用于AutoCAD的二次开发,实现了用VB控件直接调用AutoCAD软件,在AutoCAD平台上生成凸轮廓线。该设计方法编程方便,运行速度快,可以极大地提高工作效率,减少重复操作;设计结果达到了预期的设计要求。 The characteristic of thread guide cam of rubbed roving frame is analyzed in this article. On the base of it, it puts forward a new idea and method of designing the roller passive component-disc cam:making the same process of the cam design modular, compiling a general program which is auitable to different cams. VB programming is introduced. It discusses how to effectively apply the new ActiveX to the secondary development of AutoCAD. With the application of AutoCAD software in VB, a cam profile on the AutoCAD platform can be obtained directly. It's convenient to program in the design method, and the running rate is quick, the working efficiency can enormously be enhanced, and the repeating operation is reduced. The calculation results indicate that it can meet the anticipated design requirements.
