摘要
目的:分析2004年度我院老年人群代谢综合征及其相关疾病的患病情况。方法:检测532名血糖、血脂、血压和体重指数,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:老年体检人员中糖尿病、高血压、血脂紊乱、超重、肥胖、代谢综合征患病比例分别为18.98%、45.68%、50.38%、28.76%、7.52%和13.35%。结论:老年人群中代谢综合征及其相关疾病的患病比例较高。
Objective：To investigate the incidence of metabolic syndrome and the related diseases in the elderly. Methods：Tbe plasma glucose, lipid-profile, blood pressure and body mass index were measured for 532 aged men and women which receiving physical examination in our hospital. Results： The incidences of diabetes, hypertension, dislipidemia, overweight, obesity and metabolic syndrome were 18.98% ,45.68% ,50.38% ,28.76% ,7.52% and 13.35% , respectively. Conclusions：There is a high proportion of metabolic syndrome and related diseases in the elderly.
