摘要
目的:观察经尿道电切术联合羟喜树碱(hydroxycamptothec in,HCPT)灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎的疗效。方法:对24例腺性膀胱炎患者首先去除诱发因素,经尿道电切术后行HCPT膀胱灌注。结果:临床症状完全消失18例,复发2例,好转4例。结论:经尿道电切术联合羟喜树碱灌注是治疗腺性膀胱炎的一种有效方法。
Objective： To observe the therapatic effect of intravesical instillation of hydroxycamptothecin （HCPT） combining transurethral electrovaporlzation in the treatment of cystitis glandularis. Methods：Twenty-four patients with cystitis glandularis were removed of the inducements, and then treated with intravesical instillation of HCPT after transurethral resection. Results： All the 24 cases were followed up. The recurrence was observed in 2 cases. The clinical symptoms of 18 cases disappeared and 4 were alleviated. Conclusions： Combination of the transurethral electrovaporization with HCPT intravesical instillation is an effective method in treating local recurrence of cystitis glandularis.
