摘要
采用硅胶柱层析法分离纯化、薄层色谱及波谱法进行结构鉴定,研究了准噶尔无叶豆(Eremospartonsongoricum(Litv)Vass)全草的化学成分,SRB法测定了细胞毒活性.分离得到7个化合物:β-谷甾醇(1);羽扇豆醇(2);3β,20β-二羟基羽扇豆烷(3);Cylicodiscic acid(4);7,3′-二羟基-4′甲氧基异黄酮(5);7-羟基-4′甲氧基异黄酮(6);β-胡萝卜甙(7).这些化合物均为首次从该植物中得到.药理实验结果表明,对人肝癌细胞株Bel-7402有不同程度的细胞毒活性.
The compounds from Eremosparton Songoricurn (Litv)Vass are isolated using silica gel column chromatography, and the structures of these compounds are elucidated by means of spectral analysis. The cytotoxicity are examined by SRB. The seven compounds are obtained and identified as: β-sitosterol(l) ; Lupeol(2) ; 3β,20-dihydroxy-Lupane(3) ; Cylicodiscic acid(4) ; 7,3'-dihydroxy-4' methoxyisoflavone(5) ; 7- hydroxy - 4' methoxy - isoflavone (6) ; Daucousterol (7). These constituents are obtained from Eremosparton songoricum (Litv) Vass for the first time and they possess different cytotoxiciteis to hepatocarcinoma cell.
