摘要
本文结合实际的生产情况,设计了与工件表面粗糙度有关的因素水平表,以此为基础,在国产CD6140A型车床上对HPb61-2.5-0.5-0.2黄铜进行了正交切削试验,分析了各因素水平对工件表面粗糙度的影响。结果表明:在设计的各因素中,工件硬度对表面粗糙度的影响最大,切削深度和刀具前角次之,车床主轴转速影响最小。
The factors and levels graph related to surface roughness of the workpieces was designed from the angle of practical manufacture in the paper, on the basis of this, the orthogonal test of HPb61-2.5-0.5-0.2 brass was made on the home-made CD6140A machiner and the effect of various factors and levels on surface roughness was analyzed, the results show that the effect orders on surface roughness are in turns workpiece hardness, cutting depth, tool rake angle and machiner rotating speed.
