摘要
市场开放吸引了大量跨国企业直接投资,也引致了跨国企业与东道国企业在本土市场竞争的问题。文章构建一个基于比较优势的策略选择模型,来分析跨国企业与东道国企业市场竞争的策略选择。文章得出结论是:跨国企业依托自身技术优势,选择技术领先战略,侧重高端市场的竞争;而东道国企业依托自身的规模优势,选择成本领先战略,侧重低端市场竞争。最后文章用聚类分析对中国彩电市场中外企业的竞争做出实证检验。
Market opening attracts lots of transnational corporations to invest directly and induces the market competition between transnational corporations and domestic corporations as well. The paper establishes a strategy selection model on basis of the comparative advantage to analyze what kind of strategies the corporations will take to compete in the market. The paper comes to the conclusion that transnational corporations will choose technology advance strategy relying on their technology and focus on high extreme market;domestic country's corporations will choose cost advance strategy relying on their scale and focus on low extreme market. At last,the paper uses the data from Chinese color TV market to test the theory.
