摘要
近年来,一般住宅的建筑标准有了大幅度的提高,而其结构标准未能相应提高,有的反而有所下降,面临着加固或改造。鉴于此,提出今后住宅的结构安全度应适应市场经济而相应提高。
In recent years, the construction standards of the general houses have been increased greatly, but their structural standards can＇t be correspondingly increased, some of them have been decreased, so many houses face the reinforcing and transforming. This paper points out that the structural safety degree of the houses should be increased in the future to fit in with the market economy.
