摘要
非智力因素是大学生全面发展的主导,良好的非智力因素是智力因素发展的动力,是影响大学生学业成绩的主要因素。分析了大学生非智力因素在学习过程中所起的作用,并对培养大学生的非智力因素提出了建议。
The non-intelligence factor is the leadership of university students＇ comprehensively development, the good non-intelligence factor, which is the power for the development of the intelligence factor, is the primary factor influencing university students＇ academic performance. This paper analyzes on the functions of the university students＇ non- intelligence factor in the studying course, and puts forward some proposals on training university students＇ non- intelligence factor.
