This paper analyzes on the importance c Financial Management〉, and points out the measures course of the 〈Case Analysis of Financial Management〉 f the teaching of the experimental course of the 〈Case Analysis for organizing and implementing the teaching of the experimental and some matters needing attention in the case teaching.
