在构建和谐社会的今天,公共图书馆应肩负新的历史使命,以人为本,关注社会的特殊群体,重视对老年人、外来工的服务工作,并以丰富这一群体的业余文化生活为己任,大力开展服务创新。
In today of building the harmonious society, the public library should shoulder its new historical mission, take the people as the base, take care of the special social groups, pay attention to the service for the aged people and exotic workers, regard enriching their spare-time cultural life as its own task, and carry out the service innovation.
