摘要
近年来,“台独”势力的增长已成为海峡两岸和国际社会极为关注的现象,而在这一现象背后反映着台湾社会在“国家认同”问题上的深层次危机。“台独”势力图谋“法理台独”的行为所带来的台湾民众在“国家认同”上的混乱,已成为中国和平统一之路上的重大障碍。《反分裂国家法》的出台,既是以“合法”对抗“非法”,而且对台湾民众的中国认同有着正式的规定性、引导性以及潜移默化的心理影响,有利于和平统一的最终实现。
The emergence of ＂Taiwan independence＂ in recent years has caught the eyes of the scholars and the public on both sides cross the Taiwan Strait and of international community. It also reflects the deep crisis on national identity. ＂The legal Taiwan independence＂ confuses the national identity of pepole in Taiwan and has made more difficult the efforts by the PRC government for a peaceful reunification. The Anti-secession Law is a powerful countercheck to ＂the legal Taiwan independence＂, and will have a subtle and far-reaching influence on national identity of pepole in Taiwan, which will in turn contribute to the peaceful reunification.
