摘要
中部地区有丰富的自然资源、厚重的文化底蕴以及重要的区位交通优势等,这些优势足以使中部地区在东部经济飞速发展的影响下摆脱困境,实现快速崛起。中部崛起离不开政策的支持和突破淮河治理,改善交通条件,重视农田水利建设,发展民营经济以及加大旅游资源开发等一系列突破性行动。
There are abundant natural resources ,long standing culture, dominate regional transportation predominance in Central Region of China, these advantages can make it get away from the deep end and quickly rise under the energetic pushing of the economic booming in the Eastern Region. The rise of the Central Region of China depends on more supportive policies and more breaking-through in dredging Huai River,improving transportation, urbanization,farmland irrigation and developing tourism and private business etc.
