摘要
高校合并重组是高等教育管理体制的深刻变革。这种变革在给教师带来更大发展空间的同时,也带来了前所未有的压力和挑战。本文指出:在调整了的高校格局中,教师要从观念、行为、心理等方面进行调适。调适的目的就是以个人的深刻变革适应机构层面的变革,设计出一种通往深刻变革和重振活力的途径。
College and university consolidation implies deep reform in higher education administrative system. The innovation has brought about the pressure and the challenge teachers never met. This paper points out that teachers should adjust themselves to the changing environment in such aspects as thoughts, behavior and mentalities. Furthermore, the paper argues the purpose of teachers' role adjusting is to match individuals to the innovation. And then the paper shows a successful way of deepening reform and evoking revivification.
