摘要
纵观世界上许多国家的食品安全管理,食品安全保障体系一般由六个部分组成,即法律法规和标准体系、检验检测体系、认证认可体系、执法监督体系、技术推广体系和市场信息体系。
At present, there are many ways in management of quality and safety of food and agro-products, covering the market access system for food and agro-products from the government (e.g. the market access system for food), the legal inspection & quarantine for export of food, inspections for finns, wholesaler and dealers, and quality certifications issued by certification organs on food and ago-products. The certifications become the current international practice in management of quality and safety of food and agro-products. Now there have been quite a few forms for certified food and agro-products in China, but less certification in scale. The author proposes to renovate these certification system and forms, evolving a framework for quality and safety certifications of China's food and agro-products.
