摘要
高新技术产业是推动一个国家和地区经济结构调整与经济增长的主要力量。发展高新技术产业是广 西走新型工业化道路的关键环节,必须加大高新技术产业的科技投入,创自身发展特色,完善人才培养机制,深化 体制改革,逐步建立以企业为主体的创新体系,进而提高整体创新能力。
High and new-technology industries is a main dynamic to drive the adjustment of economic structure and economic growth of a country. It is a key tache to guangxi taking the road of new type industrialization. We must increase the input rate of science and technology to high and new-technology industries, create developing characteristic of ourselves, perfect mechanism of training archaeological personnel, deepen reform of the system, build the innovation system which taking corporation as the dominant factor, enhance the innovation ability of whole area.
