摘要
本文试以杨宪益,戴乃迭夫妇所译的鲁迅先生的《从百草园到三味书屋》为例,从选词和句型句式结构等方面来探讨杨氏夫妇《从百草园到三味书屋》英译本在语言方面的风格特点,即:运用具体的富有生命力的动词;运用连词,介词,从句,动词的非谓语形式来巧妙整合零散的汉语句子。
Based on analysis of the diction, sentence structures, etc. this paper demonstrates that the English Version of “From Baicaoyuan to Sanweishuwu” （From the Garden of Hundred Grasses to theThreeTaste Old Style Private School）by Yang Xianyi and GladysYang is remarkable for its accurate and vivid expressions varied and smooth structures ,which combine together to represent the urginal content and style both in form and spirit.
