摘要
研究了10%预变形对0.98%~2.90%Cu超低碳贝氏体钢(%:0.042~0.045C,1.43~1.48Mn,0.30~0.33Si,0.70~0.73Ni,0.29~0.30Mo,0.625~0.029Nb,0.011~0.019Ti,0.0013~0.0023B)在450℃和550℃处理1~104rain的时效动力学行为的影响。试验结果表明,该钢在时效过程时,ε-Cu析出动力学曲线出现硬度峰值,当经过预变形处理后,ε-Cu析出峰值出现的时间显著降低,峰值高度明显增加。在450℃时效时,预变形的这一作用更为明显。
The effect of 10% pre-deformation on aging dynamic behavior of an ultra-low-carbon-bainitic steel 0..042 ~ 0.045C-1.43 ~ 1.48Mn-0.30 ~ 0.33Si-0.70 ~ 0.73Ni-0.29 ~ 0.30Mo-0.025 ~ 0.029Nb-0.011 ~0.019Ti, 0.001 3 ~ 0.002 3B containing 0.98 ~ 2.90Cu at temperature 450 ℃ and 550℃ for 1 ~ 104 min. The test results showed that the peak hardness of ε-Cu precipitation dynamic curves occurred during ageing of steel; as the steel was pre-deformed the time occurred peak hardness of ε-Cu precipitation obviously decreased and the value of peak hardness increased appreciably. The effect of pre-deformation was more evident for steel aging at 450℃.
