摘要
计算出细纱前胶辊与罗拉的接触面宽度、接触应力和胶辊中心下移量;核算了胶辊的最大剪切强度,并分析了诸因素对接触应力、钳口宽度和胶辊中心下移量的影响。结果表明:胶辊加压量越大,计算钳口宽度和最大接触应力越大,胶辊中心下移量和橡胶层压缩率也越大;胶辊与罗拉接触长度越大,钳口宽度与最大接触应力越小。
Interface width & contact stress of spinning front top roller & roller and down shifting of roller center were calculated. The maximum shear strength of top roller was calculated too. Influence on contact stress, nip width and down shifting was analyzed. The result shows-when the press on top roller is more, nip width and maximum contact stress are, bigger, down shifting of roller center and compression rate of rubber layer are bigger, when contact length of top roller and roller is longer, nip width and maximum contact stress are lower.
