摘要
通过分析黄河水管体制改革试点单位改革后工程管理运行机制状况,就黄河水管体制改革试点单位建立自我约束、自我激励、自我发展的运行机制进行了探讨,分析了新机制的运行效果。对维修养护逐步实现市场化运作提出建议。
