摘要
对笔记本电脑DVD面板的灯柱因塑件浇口开设不当造成缺陷进行分析,利用CAE软件在相同的工艺参数和浇注系统下分别模拟出开设不同浇口位置的塑件的成型情况。优化浇口后塑件的成型数据与实际生产时的成型数据对比表明,CAE软件分析的结果具有很高的可靠性。
In this paper the authors analyzed the fault of the sink of notebook computer DVD lens due to the improper plastic gate. At the condition of the same technical parameters and injecting system, different molding of gate was simulated with a CAE ,software. Through the comparison between the result of the simulation with that obtained from practice, it was concluded that the result of the simulation using CAE technology was credible.
