摘要
目的研究棕榈花蕾提取液对大鼠回肠平滑肌收缩活动的影响并初步探讨其作用机制。方法以大鼠回肠收缩频率、幅度及肠平滑肌张力为指标,采用BL-420E生物机能实验系统,观察棕榈花蕾提取液对肠平滑肌的作用。结果50%棕榈花蕾水提取液及50%棕榈花蕾醇提取液均可使大鼠离体肠平滑肌的收缩频率减慢、收缩幅度减小、张力降低,且明显减弱乙酰胆碱对肠平滑肌的兴奋作用。结论棕榈花蕾提取液对大鼠离体肠平滑肌有抑制作用,此种作用可能与M受体阻断有关。
Objective To investigate the effects and mechanism of Palm Bud extracts on the contractile activity of ileac smooth muscle in rats. Methods The contractive amplitude, frequency, and mobility of ileac smooth muscle in rats caused by Palm Bud were recorded by BL- 420E experimental system. Results 50 % Palm Bud water extract and 50 % alcohol extract reduced the contractile amplitude, frequency, and mobility of ileum in rats, and markedly inhibited the contractile increases of ileum induced by acetylcholine chloride. Conclusion Pulm Bud extracts can significantly inhibit the contractile activity of ileum in rats. Blocking M receptor is partly relevant with the effect of Palm Bud extracts.
