复杂胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗

摘要 目的探讨复杂胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗。方法自1996年6月~2004年6月手术治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折25例,骨折类型按Schatzker分型,其中Ⅲ型4例,Ⅳ型5例,Ⅴ型6例,Ⅵ型10例,均经切开复位,钢板内固定,骨缺损者同时予以植骨。结果 25例获1~8年随访,优良率84%。结论复杂胫骨平台骨折应行手术治疗,手术方法根据不同的骨折类型而异。 Objective To study surgical treatment of complex fractures of the tibial plateau. Methods Twenty - five cases of complex fractures of the tibial plateau were treated with internal fixation from June 1996 to June 2004. According to schatzker classification, 4 cases were type Ⅲ, 5 case stype Ⅳ, 6 cases type Ⅴ and 10 cases type Ⅵ. They were treated with open reposition and internal fixation with buttress plates and allograft implantation for defective fractures. Resuits Twenty- five cases were followed up for 1 to 8 years. The excellent and good rate was 84%. Conclusion The complex fractures of the tibial plateau should be treated surgically, and the operation procedures should be varied according to the fracture types.
