摘要
通过对不同生态地点两系核不育杂交油菜制种可育株识别及拔除技术的研究得出:小花蕾(0.31~0.41 cm)挤浆及大花蕾(≥0.42 cm)直观识别拔除可育株,能提高母本不育株个体发育及分枝结角能力.小花蕾挤浆识别较开花识别拔除可育株的处理,遵义、德江、紫云三地制种母本不育株根颈粗平均增加33.63%,全株有效角增加13.6%,产量增加17.93%;大花蕾直观识别较开花识别拔除可育株的处理,三地制种母本不育株根颈粗平均增加22.43%,全株有效角增加8.07%,产量增加6.2%.耗工量及杂种不育株率以小花蕾挤浆识别最低,分别为14.18h/667m2及0.08%.
The recognition and removing time of fertile plant in seed production field of hybrid rape were studied. The results showed that the pot number and individual development of male sterile plant can be improved when the fertile plants were recognized and removed at small flower bud stage(0.31-0.41 cm) and big flower bud stage (≥0.42 cm). When the fertile plants were removed at .small flower bud stage, the stem diameter, effective pot and yield of the male sterile plant increased by 33.63%, 13.6% and 17.93% than those of the fertile plants being removed at blooming respectively. While the fertile plants were removed at big flower bud stage, the stem diameter, effective pot and yield of the male sterile plant increased by 22.43%, 8.07% and 6.2% than those of the fertile plants being removed at blooming respectively. The time for removing fertile plants at small flower bud stage and the hybrid male sterile plant rate were lowest (14.18 h/667m^2 and 0.08%).
