摘要
对高耗能产业在云南经济中的地位和作用进行了分析,就高耗能产业走新型工业化道路所面临的资源与环境问题,发展思路,技术路线,改革方向和具体措施提出了建议,并对区域经济发展、能源工业和高耗能产业的发展平衡问题,行业整合等问题也进行了探讨。
Position and function of high energy - consuming industry in the economy of Yunnan were analyzed, and problem on resource and environment faced in new - type industrialized road for high energy - consuming industry were discussed. Developmental idea, technological route, reform direction and measure were suggested, and problem on regional economic development, energy industry, and developmental balance and combination of high energy - consuming industry were also discussed.
