摘要
根据去2004年以来我国房地产市场的发展态势,指出房地产业在一些地区已进入“非理性发展”,尤其是在一些大、中城市出现“多沫”状态。文章深入分析了房价飚升的复杂原因及政府宏观调控的缺位带来的问题。
According to the development of the real estate market in China since the last year,this article points out that the real estate market has entered the situation of “unrational development” in some area, especially there is “many bubble” in some large and middle cities. The article deeply analyses the complicate reason of sudden price rising, the problem of lack of govemment＇s controlment, and then draws a conclusion that there is much work to do to make our real eatate market realize healthy development.
