基于PIC的管道焊接机器人人机对话接口的研究

摘要 研究了一种基于PIC单片机的管道焊接机器人的人机对话接口。基于SPI方式设 计了以键盘为输入工具,多组数码管进行显示的软硬件系统。该系统与焊接机器人的各种功能相匹配, 使管道焊接机器人的控制盒结构简单,人机对话界面友好,控制方便。实验结果表明该系统控制稳定、 灵敏。同时给出了具体的硬件及软件实现方法。 A sort of man-machine conversation interface of pipe welding robot based on PIC Single Chip Microcomputer is studied in this paper. The hardware and software system with keyboard as the input tool is designed to display information via five groups of LED based on SPI mode. The system is designed to match all the functions of pipe welding robot. Therefore, the structure of control box is simple, the interface of man-machine conversation is friendly, and the control of robot is convenient. The results show that the control system is steady and sensitive. The realization of hardware and software are given in detail.
