摘要
通过查阅国内外相关文献及专著,并结合作者多年临床经验,对静脉滴注盐酸甲氯芬酯治疗神经外科昏迷患者情况进行回顾性临床分析,对盐酸甲氯芬酯的临床指征、药理特性和实验研究、对中枢神经系统的广泛作用等进行总结,以期综合性评价该药物的临床意义,为临床合理使用该药提供参考。
To evaluate retrospectively the efficacy of intravenous dripping of meclofenoxate hydrochloride in treating comatose patients in neurosurgical department by reviewing literature and monographs at home and abroad in conjunction with the author＇s clinical experience. The indications, pharmacological properties, experimental studies and the effects on central nervous system of meclofenoxate hydrochloride are discussed in order to provide some reference for rational drug use in the clinic.
