摘要
目的:调查分析南京鼓楼医院喹诺酮类抗菌药物的使用情况.方法:抽取本院门诊、急诊药房2003年1月～2004年12月处方31921份,分离出使用喹酮类抗菌药物的处方5803份,对其联用情况及其合理性进行分析.结果:本院喹诺酮类抗菌药物与其他抗感染药物的联用存在一定问题,不适当联用不仅对病人的治疗起不到应有的作用,而且增加了病人的经济负担.结论:应根据用药指征合理使用喹诺酮类药物,对抗菌药物的使用应加强管理.
Objective： To explore the conditions of quinolones used in Nanjing Drum-tower Hospital. Methods： Five thousand eight hundred and three prescriptions involving quinolones were selected from 31 921 prescriptions from January, 2003 to December, 2004 in the out patient department and emergency department of this hospital. And the reasonableness about the combined use was analyzed. Results： There was some unreasonable combined use of quinolones and other anti-infectives and this could result in adverse drug reactions and increase in cost of treatment. Conclusion： Measures should be taken to ensure the correct use of quinolones and other anti-infectives.
