摘要
目的:探讨护理干预预防和减轻癌症化疗患者恶心呕吐的效果。方法:对50例化疗患者进行了系统的护理干预,并与50例常规护理进行对照。结果:护理干预组较对照组发生恶心呕吐明显减少,程度明显减轻,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预可明显减轻化疗患者的恶心呕吐症状,减轻患者的痛苦。
Objective： To probe into the effect observation of nursing intervention to relieving chemotherapy cancer patients＇vomiting. Method： 50 chemotherapy patients were given systematic nursing intervention, and other 50 cases were given common nursing. Result： There is significant difference （P 〈 0.05） in effect among the two groups.
