摘要
同性恋由来已久,但不同的文化对同性恋的认识、态度却不同。20世纪以来,很多国家发现,它是一个不可回避、不可压制的一个问题,需要正确对待它。许多国家因此开始对同性恋有了立法。在实践中,有很多关于同性恋的司法判决。从各国的法律规定和判决,足见对同性恋的保护越来越多,赋予的权益也在增加。
Homosexual is an old issue. Different culture has different knowledge and attitude to it. Since the 20th century, many countries found that it was an inevitable and uncompressed problem and should be treated correctly. Therefore, many countries legalized it and there were a lot of courts＂ decisions in practice. From these, we can see that the protections for homosexuals are growing, and the rights empowered are increasing.
