摘要
使用天然的Ｄ－酒石酸，在水－乙醇体系中，对外消旋体ＤＬ－１－（４－氨基苯基）－２－甲基氨基丙烷（１）高收率地光学拆分，Ｄ－和Ｌ－Ｉ对映体收率分别为９０％和８２％，并确定了它们的绝对构型。
Natural D-tartaric acid is used to optically resolve DL-I-(4-aminophenyl)-2-methylaminopropane(Ⅰ).In water-alcoholic solution,the.yield of D-and L-isomer is 90% and82% overall,respectively. Finally,the absolute configuration on the title compound is deducedas L-configuration.
